AWARENESS

We create awareness in beginners regarding the system of export & import regime,requirement of mandatory permission,licenses,adherence to existing guidelines etc.

COMMUNICATION WITH BUYER OR SELLER

We assist our clients with various aspects of international trade viz. payment terms, terms of delivery, incoterms, and feasibility of requirement of buyer or seller in terms of legality as well as time management.

GUIDELINE ON LICENSE AND RESEARCH

We find out whether any benefit is available for our client for his exports. We also guide him how to utilize the licenses for import purposes and when and how to close them.

DOCUMENTS PREPARING GUIDELINES AND SECURITY OF DOCUMENTS

We guide our clients how to prepare the export documents and for import we provide service of scrutiny of import documents sent by supplier. We also check whether any adverse conditions are there in Letter of Credit. We assist in preperation/checking the documents so that the exporters would not end up receiving lesser amount from overseas buyers.

MISCELLANEOUS ARRANGEMENTS

In certain cases exporters or importers do not have their own sources for various requirement of export & import shipments viz., packers, fumigators, insurance agents, transporters, bankers etc. we help them by arranging such service provider for them.

In short we set free our clients to focus more on increasing their business of export & import and the rest is taken care by us.

CASE TO CASE

In this case the clients will be charged on the grounds of per case basis.

RETAINER-SHIP BASIS

In retainer ship basis the job will be conducted on mutually agreed terms. This includes physical visits to client’s office/factory. The charges will be on monthly basis and minimum contract should be of one year. Entire document related jobs would be done by us so that the traders would be able to focus more on their core business.

TRADE TUTORIALS

In one unlimited time session we satisfy all the question and queries in the beginners’ mind. We also provide additional information which our client misses out in questions. This is useful to them who have a fixed task and do not have the time to join full coaching course. We organise regular coaching classes at very economic rate for the traders. Trade tutorials covers various aspects like basics of International trade, guidelines effecting cross border transactions, documentation, SWIFT, UCP, ISBP, URR, Reserve Bank of India’s guidelines on export/import of goods and services, Merchanting Trade, Substitution etc.
